Can I sell products on my website?

Yes. If you have an eCommerce website, you can sell your products online. Your customers details and any payments made online are safe and secure. With any of the other Website Packages we offer – Basic, Standard, Business, Business Card, Folio, and Brochure websites, you can promote your brand and services.

Do you write the content for my site?

Yes. We can perform copywrite work for you charged at an hourly rate, or you’re more than welcome to provide your own content for your website/blog. If need be, we’d be more than happy to proof read and edit your website content (at an hourly rate), so that it is of professional standard.

How soon will my website be available?

We aim to have all websites completed within a 3-6 week period, from the time of initial payment for a project has been finalised.

Will my website work on mobile devices?

Yes. With responsive design websites, you will be ensured that the websites we design will be fully functional on all devices, such as desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile phones.

Can you still provide me with your services if I live interstate?

Yes. If you’d like to provide us with your website content, such as pictures, and written details of your business/organisation, along with any other website content, we can design/populate your website upon request. Any other services you wish to use, can also be achieved. We can liaise over the phone, via Skype or by email in order to help get your project underway and completed.

What kind of support do you offer?

If at any time you have questions or issues with the functionality of your website feel free to contact us. We will be happy to provide you with the assistance you might require and ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our services.

How do I pay for my website?

You’ll be sent an invoice with the full costings for your website or other Inspired Web Design services.  50% of payment is required at the beginning of a project, then 25% half way through the project, followed by a final 25% payment on completion. Payments can be made by PayPal, Bank Deposits or cash. Full details will be included on the Invoice.

Do you charge G.S.T?

No. We do not charge for G.S.T. The full cost of our services are as stated on the Inspired Web Design website, which can be found on our ‘Pricing’ page.

Can I change Plans or cancel at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade your package at any stage, or may be cancelled upon request.

Am I under a contract? What if I want to leave?

You are not under any form of contract as such. Annually you will pay for your website domain name and web hosting (you can refer to this on our ‘Pricing’ page). Other than that, you’re not tied into any contract with us at Inspired Web Design, so you can close your website down if you wish, or transfer to another designer. Otherwise, once a year you will receive an invoice for the renewal of your domain name and web hosting.

What about Refunds?

Yes. If you are not happy with the services of Inspired Web Design, then you are entitled to a full refund. However, if a website has been completed, full payment has been made, and customer is happy with their website, but later decide that they’re not happy with their website, there is no refund available.

Extra pages can be added to this package in order to suit your business needs.
